Rare and beautifully geometric, this Taxco brooch is marked 960 meaning its silver purity is higher than sterling silver which is 925. Created by master silversmith Rafael Dominguez, it is a fabulous example of the silver work produced in 1930s - 1960s by the students of William Spratling who was considered the father of Taxco silver jewelry. Highly collectible, this is a pre owned vintage brooch, sold as is in great ready to wear condition. Weighs 7.6 dwt or 11.81 grams.
